I just download the game nba 2k 10 .,
i dont know what to do next,
do i have to extract all the rar/archieve . i dont know what to call it :))

can u help me plsss.

Don't panic :p

All you have to do is extract everything....then you will propably get an iso file.Open it using a program like daemon tools and install!
