yes, I have done this a lot of times too. It works. However, you don't have to uninstall & reinstall the game. Just go to 2k10's folder and put there the old nba2k10.exe file(I have a backup). When in-game(you may see some strange things because the .exe file is the old one, but ignore them) use binda's trainer and change whatever you want. Save your game and then put back at 2k10's folder the v1.1 exe of the game and everything should be fine!

what do you mean? That only the first 5 play all game long? No substitutions? Are you talking about my player? Which effect are you using from the trainer?
